Closed septorhinoplasty.

32 yo with difficulty breathing secondary to nasal septal deviation to his left. Note the shift towards his left the whole of his nasal pyramid as well. Patient underwent closed septorhinopasty with correction of his septal deviation and using his excess septal cartilage to improve his internal airway passages and cosmetic improvement of his nasal appearance. Photos are less than one month post surgery hence the residual swelling seen but will resolve and appear more refined within the next six to 12 months.
