22 yo had a long standing saddle nose deformity secondary to surfing accident with a fractured nasal septum as seen on worm's eye view - note correction of septal deviation, nasal airway and cosmetic appearance of his nose with use of alloderm and septal cartilage grafting to re establish the height and aesthetic profile.
