Custom made chest implant for patient with Poland’s syndrome.

28 year old male with left sided Poland’s Syndrome shown here 3 months post surgery. Procedure: In-office creation of a moulage to simulate the right side chest contour and proportions, from which a custom made, semi-solid silicone pectoral implant was created and surgically inserted through a transaxillary procedure. Results: The patient has returned to all pre operative sports and physical activities without any restrictions.
