Combination of liposuction of bilateral chest and periareolar excision of gynecomastia.

37 yo with Grade I palpable firm breast tissue located behind both nipple areolar complexes with surrounding mild fatty hypertrophy. Patient underwent bilateral periareolar approach excision of gynecomastia with contouring liposuction.
