Gynecomastia with Liposuction

24 y.o. with history of pectus excavatum (funnel chest) who had undergone surgical repair as a child. Note the well healed transsternal incisions as an inverted V shape along his center chest. He also had developed grade II gynecomastia and underwent a combination of liposuction with periareolar incision only resection of the excess breast tissue. Also, note his post operative well healed areolar scars and improved contour of his chest.
