Revision breast lift and exchange of saline to silicone gel implants.

39 yo Ht 5' 8" had previous saline implants without a concomitant lift done elsewhere with resultant breast and areolar malpositioning with respect to the position of implants and grade II capsular contracture as well as a deflation of her left implant.
