Exchange of saline for silicone gel implants.

32 yo 5' 3" who had previous breast augmentation with saline with malpositioning and asymmetry of implants with capsular contracture. Patient underwent periareolar approach capsulectomy, repair of inframammary fold asymmetry and replacement with silicone gel implants.
