Unilateral latissimus flap with saline implant.

43 yo 5' 7" with right breast cancer underwent skin sparing mastectomy and same time latissimus flap with implant breast reconstruction. Patient has a saline round smooth moderate profile 225cc implant to achieve symmetry in volume and shape to her contralateral breast. Nipple and areolar complex reconstruction pending.
