Breast Wise pattern lift with augmentation / Arm lift and axillary lift - contouring / Medial thigh lift.

39 yo 5' 7" with history of morbid obesity post gastric bypass and previous abdominoplasty underwent massive contouring of chest wall, axillae and breast lift via a Wise pattern skin incision with submuscular saline smooth round high profile 360 cc implants. The patient also underwent same time arm lift with contouring of her lateral chest wall and medial thigh lift.
