Breast lift - vertical only incision with saline implants, full abdominoplasty with repair of diastasis rectii and liposuction of abdomen, waist, flanks and lower and upper back.

34 yo 5' 5" underwent breast lift and augmentation with saline implants - submuscular position - although post op results are only three months here, note nearly undetectable incisions. She desired to be a full "DD" breast size post op hence the fullness and contour of the breasts.
