Modest Breast Augmentation.

25 yo 5'8" 140 Lbs with 34 A cup pre op wanted modest augmentation. She underwent insertion of saline implants in the subpectoral position via a periareolar approach with 375 cc at right and 380cc at left breast to achieve 34 full B to C cup post op.
