28 yo 5' 2" with moderate grade tuberous breast deformity 36 A cup pre op, underwent periareolar approach submuscular breast reconstruction using silicone smooth round gel moderate plus profile 350cc with release of tight fibrous breast ligaments and lowering of her inframammary folds to achieve the final result. Patient wears a 36 C bra post op.
