Reduction gynecomastia / abdominoplasty / liposuction.

41 yo 6' 2" who has lost significant amount of weight resulting in loose chest and abdominal skin. Patient underwent reduction gynecomastia with chest wall contouring and a full abdominoplasty with tightening of the abdominal wall musculature and liposuction along the flanks, lower back and abdomen.
